What is the REFUND policy?

To request a refund, contact Dinah Hoskin directly at dhoskin@nndc.org, or 734-332-3914.

If payment has been received by the NNDC, and the request for refund is made before September 1, 2016, refunds will be paid by check to the attendee minus a $50.00 processing fee, within 30 days after refund request is made.

If payment is received between September 1, 2017 and September 21, 2017, and the request for refund is made afterSeptember 1, 2017 and before September 21, 2017, refunds will be paid by check to the attendee minus HALF the registration fee, within 30 days after refund request is made.

We cannot honor refund requests made after September 21, 2017.
